It’s rare when a band can maintain the core status while still producing quality music (not to mention becoming crazy popular). The International Noise Conspiracy has done this for over 10 years and it’s safe to say their fans are still behind them.

The band’s third coming into China is upon us and they gave Heart Attack a little insight about yester year and the days of today.

All questions answered by Inge.

I hear your first tour outside Sweden was China. Can you describe one or two memorable moments from that tour?

That’s correct! Our first tour outside of Scandinavia was our tour in China in 1999. It was a mind blowing an awesome experience. It was intense and we are very excited to go back for a third time. We spent a month there and of course every single day offered some kind of cultural collision or confusing, yet exciting moments. But the best moments where the shows! Playing with all those exciting Chinese bands and seeing the reaction of the audience when we got on stage was fantastic moments I will always remember.

Yuguo started as Crystal in 1997 in Nanchang. Childhood friends guitarist Wan Mai 万劢, bass Xie Jun 谢俊, drummer Lu Wenjian 吕文坚 and Xie Hui quit their jobs to move to Shanghai in May 2006 and become full-time musicians.
